I would attend the RYP Gala under the following circumstances:

Attendance is capped at 100 people in an indoor/outdoor venue

Masks are required for all attendees

Masks and proof of vaccination is required for all attendees

I will not attend an RYP Gala at this time due to the recent rise in COVID-19 numbers

I will/would be more comfortable attending an RYP Gala in the summer/fall
