Meet-Up Overview & Guidelines

What are meet-ups?

RYP encourages its members to organize smaller “Meet-Up” events related to their own interests and to help promote networking outside of the monthly Mix events. We’ve hosted everything from rugby, football tailgating, hikes, Irish pub bands and brews, ski outings, a night at the opera, bowling, and much more. On average, attendance for these events has been around 10 RYPers.

Any RYP member can bring forward an idea for a Meet-Up and should propose an event at least 4-6 weeks in advance using the form below. If approved, RYP will assist with the promotion of the event to its membership, pending that details are provided in a timely manner.
