Meet-Up Overview & Guidelines

Any of our members are welcome to organize a meet-up. In order to do so, we'll need some details so we can help promote it if approved. Please review guidelines and expectations, then fill out this form below:

RYP encourages its members to organize smaller “Meet-Up” events related to their own interests and to help promote networking outside of the monthly Mix events. To date, driven solely by member interest and energy, we’ve hosted everything from hikes, Irish Pub bands and brews, ski outings, a night at the opera, bowling… On average, attendance for these events has been around 10 RYPers.

Any RYP member can bring forward an idea for a Meet-Up and should propose at least 4-6 weeks in advance via email submission form. If approved, RYP will assist with promotion of the event to its membership, pending that details are provided in a timely manner.
